Can I use my insurance?

I currently accept a variety of insurances via Headway, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross California, Blue Shield of California, and Cigna. You can check your coverage and view my Headway profile here.

If you have insurance but it is not on my list of accepted insurance providers, you may have out-of-network coverage through your insurance provider. You will be required to provide full payment at the time of service; however, a portion of my fee may be reimbursed depending on your coverage. At your request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. I encourage you to discuss your coverage with your insurance provider, as this is not guaranteed.

California Victims of Crime

I currently provide counseling services for victims of crime in the State of California. Primary and derivative victims typically receive approval for 20-40 mental health sessions by the CA Victim Compensation Board. If you are a victim of a crime, please be prepared to provide your current insurance provider information as well as your VOC Application number (A-number). Billing/Payment

A debit/credit card will be placed securely on file at the time of scheduling your first appointment. Payments will be processed as services are rendered. Superbills and/or invoices will be provided at your request.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full rate of the session.
